Meet your resources and co-creators
In this Work, there are no experts. Some people are further ahead on the path and become resources to others in their own development. Sometimes they become long term thinking parters, co-creators and life-long friends in the Work.

James Ritch

Office Manager
AXA Climate

In 2019, AXA Climate was founded to help both private and public players adapt to climate and environmental challenges. At the time, the focus was on supporting them during climate events through parametric insurance. Today, over 250 team members support their clients through insurance, training, consulting, and software solutions.
Adapting means embracing a systemic view of risks—both environmental and social—and understanding how they are interconnected. Adapting is about recognizing the unique realities of local contexts, fostering cooperation among stakeholders beyond individual interests. Axa Climate's view of adaptation connects insurability, business viability and Place resilience as core concrete pathways towards a prosperous, fair and environmentally vibrant future.
